Longevity is not only about living longer but about living better, it’s about adding years to our lives as well as more life to our years. We all want to stay vibrant and healthy in our mid and golden years.
This club is established for those of us who are passionate about the topics of longevity, health and well-being and are looking for a platform to discuss and share the most recent evidence-based research in this field.
Every month we will invite a guest expert in the fields of nutrition, exercise, mental health, and other relevant fields to share with us small but powerful tips that can improve our everyday health and well-being.
The gathering will be accompanied by a superfood lunch based on the principles of Dr. Fuhrman’s nutritarian diet.
Following your request, we will discuss the topic of what is a recommended daily portion of protein for teenagers and adults.
Our guest speaker this time will be Stefanie Hilger, a certified psychologist that is going to talk about “Ingredients for a Happier Life”.
