This time you will meet Sofia Sjöström who will give you the  tools you need to get the courage to speak in front of others, but also to make people interested in listening to what you have to say. This regardless of whether you have to stand in front of a camera, physically in front of an audience or lead meetings.

Sofia Sjöström has over 20 years of experience as a presenter on SVT and TV4, lecturer, trainer and communication strategist, She works today with communication for both the business world and public sector and trains both employees as well as leaders and managers.
